How We Work

At Fortified Support, we put people first. We don’t have in-house support coordinators but work closely with external providers and Support Coordinators to deliver participant-focused, conflict-free services. Our team regularly trains in First Aid, manual handling, infection control, and medication assistance to provide safe, high-quality care. We have experienced support workers qualified in Certificate III and IV areas, supported by Registered and Enrolled Nurses for clinical needs. Our team also includes staff offering domestic assistance, lifestyle support, and house and yard maintenance—all completing the mandatory NDIS Worker Orientation Module.
