  • It is required for NDIS compliance, audits, or funding purposes

  • Your nominated representatives (e.g., support coordinator, guardian, plan nominee)
  • Allied health professionals or other service providers involved in your care
  • NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission, NDIA, or other relevant government agencies when required
